Pirates of the Caribbean Multiplayer is a multiplayer mobile game that starts you off as an inexperienced captain of a pirate ship with no reputation, no gold and minimal knowledge of the seas around you. But don't despair, Mate! Build up your infamy score by creating alliances with other players, fighting fierce battles and embarking on all manner of adventure and exploration. You'll soon be one of the most feared pirates of the Caribbean!

Game Modes:-

The game has three play modes:

• Broadside Brawl: Two teams made up of two to eight players compete to sink each other as many times as possible before the storms roll in and the clock runs out. Astute targeting skills and cannon fire timing are essential in this mode.
• Jolly Roger: Two teams run the gauntlet to capture each other's flag and return it safely to their dock. Advanced tactics in this game mode include organizing offensive/defensive squads and doing the 2 Interceptor "Spatz Run"
• Plunder the Port: One team defends a coastal town from a rival team's campaign of plunder and destruction. As the town buildings burn, gold tribute appears on the dock. The attackers must bring the gold to safety, while the defenders and their fortifications try to block them. The map on which you play is the crucial element of any strategy in this mode.

Pirates of the Caribbean Multiplayer is the first mobile game to allow up to 16 players to compete and collaborate in real time. Although teamwork isn't necessary, finding other players that mesh with your style will give you a decisive edge. With support for thousands and thousands of players at once, you're sure to find people with whom to play.

As you play, you'll discover a treasure trove of features in Pirates of the Caribbean Multiplayer. There are plenty of Power-Ups to save your hide, or drive the final nail in your enemy's coffin. There are Boons to earn, which grant you magical powers. You can form Guilds and challenge other Guilds for domination of the harbors, bays and islands of the Caribbean. And to keep things interesting, the world of play is ever changing, as more areas to explore are unlocked and new treasures are discovered.

Driving through Carbon Canyon in route to Palmont City, a flashback of what seems to be a race against Kenji, Angie, and Wolf comes to the player's mind. A police incident at the end of the race forces the player to make a hasty escape from Palmont.

The gameplay is based upon rival street racing crews.

Players run a crew and can hire specific street racers to be in their crew. Each hirable street racer has two skills, one which is a racing skill (scout, blocker, and drafter) and a non-race skill (fixer, mechanic, and fabricator). Each skill has different properties from finding hidden alleys/back streets to reducing police attention.

In career mode, players have to race tracks to conquer territories and face off against bosses to conquer districts.

Unlike Need for Speed: Most Wanted and Underground, Carbon had no drag racing. However, Carbon features the return of drift racing, a mode that had been included in two previous installments Need For Speed: Underground and Underground 2, but omitted from Carbon's predecessor, Most Wanted; and new style of race, Canyon Racing, based on Japanese Touge races. There are four types of Canyon Races: Canyon Duel, Canyon Race, Canyon Checkpoint and Canyon Drift. Canyon Duels consists of two stages. In the first stage the follower gains points contingent on how tight and aggressive he/she can follow the leader. In the second stage the follower takes the lead and loses points depending on how good the first stage leader follows the follower. The follower wins the duel by reaching the finish line with the most points. The leader loses the race if the follower passes the leader for ten seconds. The follower loses the race if he/she falls behind for ten seconds. Either car will lose the race if one falls off the cliff. Checkpoint races works the same way Tollbooth races worked in Most Wanted — players must get from one point to another within the allotted time.

The game is a classic arcade - I’m not sure if I can use the term of “platform” for a mobile game, but it describes best the genre.

Different stages in which you jump from one platform to another, swim, avoid different traps, fight various characters. Plenty of excitement, so you won’t get bored. At the end of each stage you meet the bosses - here’s the tip: you have to defeat them by using your wits instead of your ogre strength; still, if you don’t find the solution they can get really frustrating. Good or bad, your choice. Personally I like it, the satisfaction of finding the right (and easy) way of defeating them always gives me a smile :).

All other main characters of the series appear in one form or another, even only to give you advice - for instance, Donkey gives you the intro tutorial if you choose to - careful, he speaks a lot, he does the same here ;).

About the main character - obviously, Shrek, but, also, unexpectedly, the dragon. Or should I say the dragon lady? :P. Playing the dragon changes the gameplay completely and turns the game into a real arcade, full of action, adding to the entertainment. Also, this gives a nice fast pace to the game, which occasionally seems like a handheld one, no longer limited by the mobile platform.
